New PET plastic is mixed with recycled PET plastic left over from making the new bottles (for sanitary reasons they only use that type of recycled plastic although the whole product is completely recyclable).
They heat up the PET to about 600 degrees Fahrenheit and a machine squirts it into a mold with a high amount of pressure
It then turns into a Pre-Form for a bottle or a jar.
They reheat the Pre-Form and put it into a Stretch Blow Molder (SBM).
After the SBM, water is run through the mold to cool and set the plastic.
It is then put into a pressure tester for multiple reasons, used, then recycled.
